120th Canton Fair, Must See Fair in 2016

The highly anticipated 120th Canton Fair, also called China Import and Export Fair  is opening soon in Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, China. Why Canton Fair is must see?
The Canton Fair is the largest trade fair in China. Among China's largest trade fairs, it has the largest assortment of products, the largest attendance, and the largest number of business deals made at the fair. Like many trade fairs it has several traditions and functions as a comprehensive event of international importance. The  exhibition center, located in Pazhou Island, Guangzhou, China, is the largest modernized exhibition center in Asia. Visible sides design
As we know, a regular packaging box has six sides. Usually, graphic designers have to design the five visible sides. The importance of each visual side is different. Sinicline launched fragrant paper hang cards

A fragrant paper hang card is a paper card with scents, which can be used in cars, office, hotel, toilet or home as air freshener or perfume, it is a best and cheap paper promotion gift for business or new products promotion, Christmas tree, Christmas decorations and car gifts also.

Typically, there are two ways to make the paper card smell fragrant. One is to use fragrant paper material, the other is to use fragrant ink.
Use fragrant paper: First, Soaked 2mm thick absorbent paper with scent. Second, mount the absorbent paper with two pieces of printed paper. Third, use die-cutting machine to to die cut. At last, punch hole on the card and attach elastic rope. All of the paper air fresheners are kept in sealed OPP bags.
Use fragrant ink: Use screen printing technology to print the fragrant ink onto the cards. Fragrance will come out through friction. Fragrance ink made by micro capsule technology can meet the requirements of automatic labeling. Use you hand to touch the label and the label will give off pleasant smell. This would make your product quite unique among your competitors.

Our Fantastic Trip to Wudangshan Mountains

July 25, 2015, sunny, elites from Sinicline gathered at Wujiashan, Dongxihu District, Wuhan. We planned to have a three days and two nights tour at Wudang Mountains, holy land of Taoist. It took about five hours to drive to our destination. The five hours' drive wasn’t boring at all. We actively participated in interesting games and shows in the form of groups. We gave full play to team spirit and pushed the atmosphere to exciting climax again and again.

We arrived at Wudang Mountains in happy laughter soon. Then we transfered for environmentally friendly vehicles to drive to Raven Hill Parking. After we had lunch, we went to Prince Temple (Taizi Po). Taizi Po is a Daoist temple, a nice place to spend an hour or two wandering around, enjoying the gently sinuous and pleasing corridors. The ancient architecture Masters made use of the mountain terrain skillfully and built wave like walls, Jiuqu Huanghe Wall. Proceed to the second door, we found Wuyunlou Tower. This tower was only supported by a main column and twelve beams, showing the outstanding creativity of our ancient architects. The tower is also known as a miracle of Chinese ancient architecture. All of us were shocked by the great wisdom of ancients. After we visited Taizi Po, we took photo in front of the hotel and went on to visit Nanyan.

July 26 was the most important day of our journey. Wuhan Sinicline Semi Annual Meeting was held on time at Tai Chi Hall. 25 department supervisors summarized the work of each department during past months and shared working plan for the second half year comprehensively. At last, the general manager of our company, Ms Gong made a concluding speech. Her speech rose our view to another level. We were full of hope for the the future development of our enterprise. Through this meeting, we understood that there were still something to be improved about our work. At last, out Semi Annual Meeting successfully concluded in the cheers of " Let’t fight together!”

At night, we had a warm reunion dinner. We encouraged each other and talked about the ideals during the get-together. The fighting spirit deeply infected very member of Sinicline. I believe, not only me, everyone must be quite proud to be a member of Sinicline Enterprise.

July 27, we saw little dragon at Jiulong Hills, where we stayed. To celebrate this good moral, we took photo to record the precious scene. The last day, we arrived at the famous Jinding Moutains. We encouraged and supported each other during the climbing. Finally, we reached the Tianzhu peak, over 1600 metres above sea level. We stood on the top of the mountain and strained our eyes to look at the distance. The beautiful Wudang Scene were all in our eyes, so grand and magnificent.

We all know that it’s easy to climb up the hill but hard to come down. There were nearly 8 kilometers of steps to step down. Our physical strength and endurance reached our limit after we had stepped for an hour. The moment to challenge ourselves came. Maybe the indomitable spirit of Sinicline inspired us, we reached our destination in only one and a half hour while ordinary people took about three hours. Even the tour guide praised our team.

Our three-day Wudang journey has come to an end. We all feel very peace and strong after physical and mental challenge during this trip. The trip to Wudang enabled us to have a better understanding of our future.

What makes a hang tag?

Materials and Shapes

Hang Tag Design
The design, printing and production of clothing hang tags all must be taken seriously. Especially the graphic design of the hang tag, designers must take it as a graphic advertising design. They must consider the following elements while designing: necessary ingredients instructions and washing guide. For functional clothing such as jackets, plastic body underwear and warm clothes, detailed instructions must be attached to the clothing hang tags.

Processing Technology
Apart from basic printing, many other different processing technologies are used in the process of hang tags. The combining application of various processing technologies can perfectly show the different styles of different brands. Read on to get to know the several commonly used processing technologies.

Lamination: lamination is a kind of surface processing technology after the printing process. Typically, the are two kinds of lamination materials: matte lamination and glossy lamination. The lamination materials can protect the paper materials, extend service life and protect the prints on the paper.

UV: UV printing is a kind of printing technology that use UV to dry and solidify ink. The UV printing technology can not only be used on paper and cardboard, it’s also widely used on many other low absorption or non-absorbent printing materials like plastic, foil, metal and heat sensitive materials. UV printing adds high gloss effect to the prints. Meanwhile, the UV printing can also prevent the prints from scratching damage. This technology is widely used on packaging and front cover of publications.

Gold Foil Plating: apply heated metal plate to printed materials to get golden text or images. Gold foiled prints are usually very clear, beautiful and vibrant. This technology is often used to highlight the design theme while printing trademarks, registered name.

Emboss/Deboss: use machine pressure to make the text or prints to get convex and concave effect, giving stronger visual and tactile impact to people.

Mount: stick together thin coated paper, specialty paper or offset paper after applying glue. The thickness of hang tags increased after mounted. Mount technology can make Hang tags look more high-end, satisfying customer’s special needs for thickness.

Though hang tags are small, they are the bridges that link clothing and consumer. They are inevitable products of modern fashion culture and play a active role in protecting the reputation of garment enterprises and promoting their products. To show the updated look of Sinicline, expand the market, and keep pace with the times, We attended 117th . Canton Fair, also known as China Import and Export Fair, is held biannually in Guangzhou every spring and autumn, with a history of 57 years since 1957. The Fair is a comprehensive one with the longest history, the highest level, the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the broadest distribution of overseas buyers and the greatest business turnover in China.

Based on meticulous preparation, we chose typical samples from 12 kinds of products, they are Hangtag, Sealtag, Woven label, Printed Label, Hanger, Leather patch, Zipper puller, Sticker, Jewelry card, Gift box, Handle bag and Decorative paper.

Our booth was at a corner of the exhibition hall. This was really advantageous for us. We took advantage of this position and broadcasted our newly launched advertising video,this attracted a lot of customers stay to have look. Many customers picked the one they like, and enquiry.

Further more, we introduced to all the customers that Sinicline has been focusing on Apparel Access and Packaging for more than 12years, and we could supply one-stop solution from design, production to delivery, which enhance the confidence from customers and willing to cooperate. Many customers left their original sample, advised their quantity requirement, and asked our quotation and lead time.

Via Canton Fair, we met a lot of regular customers, and get cooperation better. Meantime, we knew lots of new customers, expanded our international market, hope they will be our regular customers in the future.
